Galileo School for Gifted Learning - Early Learning Center
CPH was chosen by Galileo School Foundation, Inc. for the design of the new early learning center to be constructed in Sanford, FL. The Galileo Early Learning Center will serve as an educational entity serving Galileo School for Gifted Learning Staff and families of the Galileo school community.
City of Port Orange - Professional Engineering and Surveying Services
The City of Port Orange selected CPH for civil engineering, traffic engineering and transportation planning, landscape architectural, environmental and planning services, geotechnical engineering services, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, feasibility and due-diligence studies, drainage studies, master planning and grant procurement and grant administration services for the City of Port Orange for preparation of a variety of projects being administered by various City departments. The City of Port Orange also chose CPH for professional surveying services to provide multi-department, city wide surveying services, plat review, elevation certificates and other related surveying services.
Palm Coast - Surveying & Mapping Services
CPH was selected by The City of Palm Coast amongst three other firms under contract in order to provide specialized services and expertise as required. CPH will provide expertise and technical skills, on an as needed basis, to assist the city's staff in providing professional land surveying and mapping services to the city in any and all areas and programs as needed by the city.
Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind - Kramer Hall
CPH has continued building our relationship with the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind with the award of a second project. The team was awarded the development of the design criteria package for improvements to Kramer Hall.
Walmart No. 1
Great thanks to the hard work and commitment of the Walmart team. The Walmart program continues to grow with a significant up tick in new store development and new C-Stores.
Palm Coast - Old Kings Road
The CPH team was chosen by The City of Palm Coast to design, widen, and resurface, approximately 4 miles of roadway between state road 100 and the Volusia County line. This project was alongside our sister firm DRMP making it one of the largest contracts won to date for a Trilon partnership.
Publix
Growth with Publix Facilities. CPH was awarded the site civil work for a new Publix development including a 450,000-SF. refrigerated warehouse, 65,000- SF recycle center along with supporting infrastructure. Civil, Landscape, Planning, Survey, and Traffic teams will all work on this large project.
Palm Coast - Wastewater Treatment
CPH was chosen to perform an engineering study to explore needs, concepts and options for the expansion of capacity at the existing Wastewater Treater Facility No.1.
New Smyrna Beach - Fire Management Building
CPH was chosen to provide design services for the development of a new fire management building. This property was acquired by the City of New Smyrna Beach in August of 2022 and is adjacent to the City's Fire Station #50. CPH's initial task includes analysis of existing structures and the development of a building program. The construction and/or demolition plans will include architectural engineering design, details, and specifications to bid and construct the new building on the existing property.
Kroger - Ohio
CPH has been given a second Kroger grocery store development in Ohio. Congratulations to John Lenti and the Kroger team. We anticipate many more developments to come as they continue to grow and merge with Albertson’s to become the largest grocer in America.
City of Pensacola- Professional Engineering Services for Legion Field & Global Learning Academy Multimodal Improvements
CPH has been selected to provide design engineering services for the Legion Field and Global Learning Academy Multimodal Improvements for the City of Pensacola. The City of Pensacola has a desire to design pedestrian and bicycle connectivity between Legion Field and Global Learning Academy via three segments.
Lake County Schools - Clermont Elementary School Reuse Design Scope
This project will be completed in multiple phases, with Phase I consisting of the new master plan as well as the implementation of improvements at Building 5 and Building 18. The master plan will provide a vision of the facility for the new use including providing cohesive elements such as wayfinding/signage, pathways, and parking, and incorporating drainage/stormwater retention needs to optimize development. The goal of the master plan is to establish a framework that would optimize the site and overall property to accommodate the Alternative High School to be located primarily in Buildings 5 and 18.
City of Fort Myers - Plan Update for Cleveland Ave and Dr MLK
The City of Fort Myers CRA selected CPH to assist on plan updates for two areas. The plan will include goals and policies related to land use, environmental sustainability, climate resilience, economic development, hazard mitigation, and other elements. The entire process is projected to take less than one-year. We will work with a number of individuals and teams as part of the planning process.
City of Casselberry - Eastbrook Phase I Water Main Replacement Design
The design of the Eastbrook Phase I Water Main Replacement Project includes the replacement of approximately 17,300 linear feet of water main, installation of new service lines, installation of new fire hydrants, and restoration.
