Myrtle Ave Streetscape

The City of Sanford Myrtle Avenue Streetscape was awarded the 2023 Eagle Award for Excellence in Construction. CPH provided design, permitting, and construction management for the new streetscape extending from 3rd Street to Fulton Street. Including parking and pedestrian improvements on 2nd Street from Oak Avenue to Myrtle Avenue into Downtown Sanford.

Beulah Master Plan 

CPH was contracted by our Trilon partners, Sigma Consulting Group, Inc. to act as the Land Development and Land Planning Project Lead in Escambia County's future development plans for Beulah. The CPH Land Planning Team includes. Javier Omana, Kiersten Cavender, Natasia Lunceford, Frank Imbruglia, and Katherine Shafer. All participating in three rounds of community outreach thus far to educate the community on the status of the project, gain community feedback through written and visual surveys, and develop an outline for the Beulah Master Plan through coordinated efforts.

Largo Wastewater Facility Project 

2023 Florida DBIA Water/Wastewater Project of the Year!

David Mahler and Dave Refling represented CPH at the DBIA Award Luncheon, where we proudly accepted the DBIA Water/Wastewater Project of the Year Award for the Largo Wastewater Reclamation Facility Project with Kiewit. The Largo WWRF has a permitted capacity of 18 million gallons per day (MGD) annual average daily flow, and discharges surface water into Feather Sound and slow-rate, public access reclaimed water. Great work to the entire team for their outstanding efforts!

Parasol Senior Living Community

CPH's latest assisted living community has completed construction! The exterior and interior design of Parasol is intended to be modern but elegant and offer residents luxury amenities.

City of Miramar’s 9/11 Memorial

Our team, led by Kyle Bechtelheimer, P.E., was honored to be part of the ribbon cutting of the City of Miramar’s 9/11 Memorial. CPH was tasked to design a memorial plaza to honor the memories of those we lost and provide a place for healing. The memorial incorporates two relics from the twin towers resting on a pentagonal pedestal.

BarkHaven Orlando Dog Bar

This 3,600 SF Facility features a unique concept that blends spaces for work, socialization, and play for dogs and their owners. This innovative concept includes designated work-from-home stations, full service bars, indoor and outdoor play areas, as well as party and entertainment zones.

DeLand - Melching Field

CPH prepared the Design Criteria Package for the $8 million renovation to the Stetson University baseball stadium. This project included new surface and turf, irrigation system, LED field lights, video scoreboard, public address system, chair back stadium seats, renovation of public restrooms, seal seating bowl floor to prevent leaking, new outfield fence and padded wall, construction of three new rows of field level seating, renovation of the press box and City suite, renovation of the concession stand, and expansion of a shade structure over the remaining seats.

Sanford Main WTP

CPH provided design and construction engineering services for the $7.7 million improvements to the Sanford Main Water Treatment Plant. The project consisted of a new two-story Main WTP Operations Building including operation center control room, meeting/breakroom, laboratory, administrative offices, high service pumping room, restrooms, electrical/mechanical rooms and chemical storage room. The project also included the installation of new high service pumps, piping, metering, and chemical feed systems, major electrical, controls and instrumentation system improvement, new diesel driven generator; and SCADA system modifications. Along with the WTP improvements the site was improved with a new decorative wall, lighting and security system.
